What Our Village
is Saying
Hear how Foundations is making a lasting difference in the lives of children every day.
From the moment we walked in to look at Foundations, we have felt welcome. The teachers are patient, kind, and always excited to see our kids.
- Christina
I am extremely happy and pleased with the love and care from all the staff towards me and my granddaughter. Trust me when I tell you that not a lot of preschools are like this.
- Chris
I know my son is in great hands while we’re at work, and we’re amazed that he seems to come home with a new word or skill every day.
- Emily
My almost 2-year-old has learned so much. Sign language, counting, ABC's and shapes are a few of the many things that they have taught him.
- Sarah
Our 18-month-old has never been to daycare before, so I was a little nervous. It’s only been TWO WEEKS, and she has already learned more, is talking more, and is interacting more with her new friends.

Meet Your Team
Caitlin Brickner | Center Director
Hi, I’m Caitlin Brickner. I’ve been working professionally in childcare since 2024, but I’ve been involved with outreach programs and summer camps since middle school. I’ve served as a lead teacher for two-year-olds, worked as an assistant director, and gained experience supporting children across multiple classrooms.
I’m currently working toward my CDA and will begin attending Liberty University online this fall to earn my associate degree in Education.
What inspires me most is seeing the excitement on children’s faces when they walk into school and being part of their growth each day. I love getting to be part of the moments when something finally clicks, or when they're proud of their accomplishments. Outside of work, I’m originally from Southern California, so I love being near the beach. I also enjoy going to concerts, getting lost in a good book, spending time with my cat Nico, and writing a book of my own whenever I get the chance.
Cecily Hilton | Assistant Director
Hi, I’m Cecily Hilton! With more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the joy of working as a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher, as well as serving as an Education Coach.
Helping children build a strong foundation for learning and life has always been at the heart of what I do. I’m passionate about mentoring young minds and making a meaningful impact by supporting their growth, confidence, and development.
Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my young adult children and making memories with family. In my free time, you’ll often find me cooking or baking something delicious, or curled up with a good book.
We’d Love to Meet You!
Whether you’re ready to enroll or just exploring childcare options, we’re here to help you. Discover what makes Foundations special!
