What Our Village
is Saying
Hear how Foundations is making a lasting difference in the lives of children every day.
The staff here are not just teachers, they’ve become family and such a meaningful part of our lives. Every day, my kids come home excited about what they’re learning: sign language, Spanish, art, new books, and so many engaging topics.
- Alyssa
From day one, this place has felt like a second home for my family. Everyone treats my child as if he were their own. It truly makes my heart happy knowing that I have a safe, secure place where my son is loved.
- Kevin
Every time I walk in, they genuinely look like they’re having FUN. You can feel the positive energy in the classroom, and it makes such a difference. Now my daughter BEGS to go to school. 💛
- Krista
They truly take the time to recognize you and your child each day, which makes it feel less like a drop-off spot and more like a special little town center where everyone belongs. That sense of community means so much to our family.
- Sarah
It’s refreshing to find a clean, safe, and friendly environment with a staff that makes you feel like family.

Meet Your Team
Destine Relaford | Center Director
Hi, I’m Destine Relaford! With more than 9 years in early childhood education, I've held roles as an afterschool teacher, lead teacher, and assistant director.
I hold an associate’s degree in early childhood education from Savannah Technical College and am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree. Inspired by a teacher who believed in me, I strive to be a nurturing, encouraging presence for every child I work with.
I’m married and a proud mom of one, living in Hinesville, GA. My family loves the outdoors—especially the beach! Family is everything to me, and I bring that same sense of care and connection to the families I serve every day.
Shantel Frazier | Assistant Director
Hi, I'm Shantel Frazier! I have more than 26 years of experience in early childhood education and a passion for supporting children during their most important developmental years.
I hold a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, along with certificates in Child Development Specialist and Early Childhood Program Administration. Throughout my career, I’ve served as an After School Program Coordinator, Substitute Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Preschool Lead Teacher.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the beach, reading, and spending time with my family. I have been married for more than 27 years and have four children and two grandchildren. I also love the color yellow and sunflowers.
