How to Apply for GA Pre-K
Georgia Pre-K Eligibility
Must be Georgia resident
Must be 4 years old on/before Sept. 1 of upcoming or current school year
What You'll Need to Register:
Child's social security card
Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, green card, Federal I-94 card)
Proof of Georgia residency (utility bill, rental/mortgage agreement)
Bright from the Start enrollment form
Forms Required Before School Starts:
Immunization records (DHR Form 3231)
Hearing, vision & dental certificates (DHR Form 3300)
