How to Apply for GA Pre-K

Georgia Pre-K Eligibility

  • Must be Georgia resident

  • Must be 4 years old on/before Sept. 1 of upcoming or current school year

What You'll Need to Register:

  • Child's social security card

  • Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, green card, Federal I-94 card)

  • Proof of Georgia residency (utility bill, rental/mortgage agreement)

  • Bright from the Start enrollment form

Forms Required Before School Starts:

  • Immunization records (DHR Form 3231)

  • Hearing, vision & dental certificates (DHR Form 3300)

This program is funded by the state of Georgia and is provided for free to all residents. Wrap-care is available for a small fee. Please contact your Director for details.
