Meet Your Team
Tamara Williams | Center Director
Hello, my name is Tamara Williams Conrad, and I have worked in early childhood education for more than 27 years. I hold an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have served in a variety of roles, including Teacher, Nutritionist, Assistant Director, and Director.
I began my career in a small private childcare setting, where I quickly discovered my passion for helping young children learn and grow. I love all the hugs and seeing smiles on their faces every day.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and son. In my free time, I love traveling, shopping, attending church, and getting creative with my Cricut.
Donyetta Garcia | Assistant Director
Hi, I’m Donyetta Garcia! I have served in early learning for more than 10 years, including roles as Lead Teacher, Afterschool Coordinator, and Summer Camp Teacher. I love watching children learn and develop independence in their own unique ways.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from UNC Greensboro. I also earned an Early Childhood Education Administration Certificate from Forsyth Technical Community College.
My husband, Arturo, and I have two cats, Rizzy and Gracie. In my free time, I love watching movies, reading, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
We’d Love to Meet You!
Whether you’re ready to enroll or just exploring childcare options, we’re here to help you. Discover what makes Foundations special!
